Follow the instructions from your carrier’s customer service. You may need to enter your account number or part of your social security number so as to verify your account.

 

Third method: Using a third-party app

 

There are several third-party apps that you can use to disable Voicemail on your phone. On your Android phone, open the Google Play Store, and in the search bar, type ‘no more voicemail’ and click on the search button. Install an app on your phone and then launch the installed app. Set it app and disable Voicemail.
