Conclusion
We believe both companies have good products that address differentbusiness needs. Although Grandstream has been on the scene 4 years longer, Yeastar ably competes with them in offering business solutions to the small and medium business segment. They have ignored hard telephony and concentrated concentrating on the office PBX and other products. Their solutions work with all SIP phones including Grandstream’s. Grandstream has a broader product base though, including IP phones and PBXs. Their conference phones are particularly outstanding. And though their PBX capacity is lower than that of Yealink, it does have some premium features. So, if you are looking for IP phones, Grandstream is a sure bet, whereas, if you are interested in a solid, no-frills PBX system, then Yeastar is a good bet.
